Accessing Web Mail

You can check your mail from any web browser. Simply open a browser and go to http://mail.kence.net.

You will be forwarded to the secure connection at https://mail.kence.net.

When accessing the site on the first time you will be prompted to accept a certificate which you must accept to connect to the site. If you wish to avoid accepting the certificate every time you access the site, install the kence.net certificate in your browser:

Installing certificates

Internet Explorer

1. After accessing the secure website (https://mail.kence.net) you will be given a dialog that issues a warning that the CA for the certificate is not trusted. Click View Certificate
2. Click Install Certificate...
3. Click Next, Next and finally Finish
4. A dialog will appear warning you that you are about to install a certificate, click Yes
5. Click Ok and Ok
6. Click Yes to access the site, you should not be prompted for any subsequent visits

Mozilla/Firefox

1. After accessing the secure website (https://mail.kence.net) you will be given a dialog that issues a warning that the CA for the certificate is not trusted.
2. Select Accept this certificate permanently
3. Click Ok
